When designing our menu we put a lot of time and culinary experience into every one of our creations! While you will see the usual Deli sandwiches, you will also see that we put our own spin on them! We start with a quarter pound of meat and build from there.
Everything that we make, we make with the freshest ingredients that we can get. Our Meats and Cheeses are sliced fresh every morning. We use leaf lettuce and spinach instead of iceberg, vine ripe tomatoes and sweet red onions just to name a few of the touches that we do to make a quality sandwich

Red Stag Melt
Just had venison from New Zealand today at Demi's and the Meat was really tender and fresh. Combine that with a cucumber salad and thats what I call a lunch.
Sandwiches and Salads
I swear they have some of the most unique sandwiches and salads, and they're always delicious. I wish I lived in south Knoxville closer to Demi's Deli so I could eat there more often. I try to stop in for a bite anytime I'm traveling down Chapman Highway.
