My cable went out the other night and I was thinking "great, I have to call my sales rep and I bet he won't answer this late". I WAS WRONG! He answered on the second ring and told me he would take care of it. Within a half an hour the Knology crew was at my house and fixed it! Knology responded better than Comcast ever did and I didn't have to call some 800 number! Yay Knology!
