The Blendini's a great!
I'm glad Rita's Ice has opened here in Knoxville. The only frozen/italian ice I've ever had is store-bought stuff in the freezer aisle of a grocery store, but Rita's Water Ice is so much better. I especially love their Blendini's, which you can mix and match different flavors of ice and custard for a tasty concoction. The owner, Nancy, is extremely friendly, too, and seems to be really involved with the community.
