Great store/Terrific selection
Wow! My experience at Sofas & More was awesome! The salespeople/designers were extremely helpful. I ended up furnishing my entire house. Great selection and prices. They even have Hi-Def Tvs. We got one of those too and my husband loves it. When we started looking for furniture, I thought we'd have to shop all over town, but to my surprise we found everything we wanted at Sofas & More. I would recommend this store to everyone in need of furniture. My house looks great.
Terrible Experince
We purchased a temper-pedic matress/box springs and bed from Sofas and More in Halls. Our sales person was very nice, and the purchase went well. BUT WATCH OUT if you have any problems with the product. We purchased this for a person in assisted living... and through the sale, we mentioned a her difficulty moving/getting in an out of bed. The sales person order (by accident) a high profile box springs and then they delivered it damaged. We need a smaller box springs... they want to charge us a $250 shipping fee to send the one that we recieved damaged back... terrible customer service from where I stand. Will never shop there again. I suggest you don't.
